3. Booking and Payments
A booking becomes binding once you receive a written confirmation and we receive the required deposit or full
payment.
You must provide accurate personal information including passport details when required.
Prices may vary depending on exchange rates, supplier changes, or seasonality.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before the contract is finalized.

4. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring:
Valid passport
Required visas
Medical documentation (if applicable)
Travel insurance (highly recommended or mandatory for certain programs)

5. Cancellations and Changes by the Customer

Cancellation fees apply under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Changes and Cancellations by the Operator
We may make minor changes to improve the program.
In case of major changes, you will be notified and offered:
An alternative package, or а full refund
We are not liable for cancellations caused by force majeure.

Balneotherapy, rehabilitation, and medical procedures are provided by certified professionals.
We cannot be held responsible if you fail to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or other relevant health

8. Limitation of Liability
Healthy Holidays BG LTD is not liable for:
Losses due to force majeure

Theft, loss of luggage, or third-party actions
Delays or cancellations by airlines or hotels
