This policy applies to all packages offered by Healthy Holidays BG LTD.
1. Cancellations by the Customer
Cancellations must be emailed to info@balneotherapy.uk.
Example fee structure (can customize):
Over 45 days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% admin fee
30–45 days: 50% refund
15–29 days: 25% refund
14 days or less: No refund
No-show: No refund
Airline tickets follow separate airline rules.

2. Changes by the Customer
Date changes, name changes, and upgrades may result in additional fees from suppliers.

3. Cancellations by the Operator
If we cancel for reasons not related to force majeure:
You receive a full refund or
an alternative package of equal value

4. Force Majeure
No refunds are offered for:
Natural disasters
Epidemics
Government restrictions
Weather-related disruptions
Strikes
Airport closures

5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued within 7–14 business days after approval.
6. Non-Refundable Services
Visa fees
Travel insurance
Air tickets
Services marked as "non-refundable"
